Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute for any transaction will result in an immediate, permanent, and irreversible ban from all Phanteum Network services, including our game servers and community platforms (e.g., Discord). You are responsible for the security of your game account. We are not responsible for any loss of items due to a compromised account.

If you are banned from our game servers for violating our server rules, you will not be entitled to a refund or compensation for any purchased items. Items are a privilege, not a right, and are subject to the same rules as all other aspects of the network.
